Consider me officially shocked

My experience was beyond surprising! The bathroom door didn’t open, and there was a filthy toilet seat. The room was in disarray, featuring exposed plumbing and an overwhelming noise from the traffic. This was the worst overnight experience I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and avoid this spot!

Close to the airport for easy access.

My experience was marred by multiple issues. The room was dirty and had a broken sink that didn’t drain. Additionally, the air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room uncomfortably warm, and I had to deal with a malfunctioning TV during my stay. It was incredibly frustrating to navigate these problems without proper support from the staff.

Great location but needs improvement

Staying here was a mixed bag. The bed was comfortable, perfect for a night’s rest, but the noise from the street kept me up. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the nearby dining options, which added convenience. However, soundproofing would make a huge difference! Bring earplugs.

The restaurant offered a good variety of meals at reasonable prices, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I loved that i could easily find nearby parks like kendrick park and enjoy a quick coffee at the italian job cafe just a few steps away. it made my weekend city strolls so much more enjoyable. the room was cozy and well-maintained, perfect for a solo traveler looking for clean and affordable accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay and appreciated their pet-friendly policy, as we traveled with our three dogs. The location was convenient for us with quick access to attractions like Taronga Zoo. The kids loved the nearby parks, making it a fun trip!

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms need better soundproofing. Also, the limited dining options were disappointing for us as a family. It would be great if they offered more meal choices for families with children.

one night stop over

The single room I stayed in was tidy and had air conditioning. There’s a kettle and a little fridge for snacks. Super close to the train station, making airport access easy. The bathroom is tiny though, and it's kinda noisy from the street outside. The staff were friendly and offered free candy, which was a nice touch.
